发明名称 IGNITION TIMING CONTROL DEVICE FOR MULTIPLE CYLINDER INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To further improve performance of engine by independently correcting the lag angle of the ignition timing of a cylinder where knocking is generated and the other cylinders at the time of knocking. CONSTITUTION:In a micro-computer in a control unit 20, a signal from a knocking sensor 13 is input to judge whether knocking is generated or not. If yes, an ignition cylinder before knocking is generated is discriminated. All correction values C1-C4 for #1-#4 cylinders are corrected by subtracting designated lag angle from the respective correction values. Secondly, all the present correction values C1-C4 for #1-#4 cylinders are corrected by adding designated spark advance angles to the respective correction values. The control value of ignition timing depending upon the operating condition of an engine 1 is corrected by adding the correction values C1-C4 of the ignition cylinder thereto.
