PURPOSE:To inspect plural liquid crystals simultaneously, by enclosing plural liquid crystal materials simultaneously in a state that many faces are connected, and simultaneously executing the short circuit and disconnection tests on plural pieces in this state. CONSTITUTION:A wiring pattern of the upper plate and a wiring pattern of the lower plate consist of a lighting pattern 1, a connecting pattern 2, a terminal pattern 3, an intercell connecting pattern 4 and a cutting part 5, respectively. When plural patterns 2, 3 and 4 of the upper plate and the lower plate are connected in series, plural pieces are inspected simultaneously, and thereafter, they are detached to one piece each. In this way, the inspection time is shortened to 1/several tens. |
