PURPOSE:To enable remote control, simplify construction and facilitate handling, by a method wherein a load on a diaphragm movable part is given by an attracting force of an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm support 22 is laminated on the back side of the diaphragm movable part 21, a top form metallic clamp 23 is passed through central hole parts of both of the members from the face side of the part 21 and is protruded to the upper side. A widing core 26 is placed above a diaphragm cover 24, an insulated copper wire is wound around a cylindrical part of the winding core 26 to form a winding 27, an insert piece 28 is slidably inserted into the interior of the cylindrical part of the core 26, and a lower end face of the piece 28 is brought into contact with a tip part of the clamp 23. When an exciting current passed through the electromagnet 32 is changed, the attracting force thereof is changed, and the load on the movable part 21 is changed, resulting in that a set pressure on the part 21 can be changed. Accordingly, remote control is enabled, construction is simplified, and handling is facilitated. |
