PURPOSE:To minimize the deformation of a resin due to heating and cooling, and simultaneously to form grooves or projections on a resin surface that will serve as a sliding surface, by providing ridges or a wire net on a heat plate on the resin side in case when the resin is bonded to a metal plate by heating under pressure. CONSTITUTION:In case when the metal plate 4 is bonded to the resin 2 with or without an adhesive 3 therebetween by heating under pressure, the ridges 6 or the wire net 5 is positioned on the heat plate 1 on the side of the resin 2. Reference 1' denotes a heat plate on the side of the metal plate 4. When a bearing composite is produced in accordance this arrangement, the expansion or shrinkage due to the heating and cooling of the resin 2 and the deformation due to the bonding pressure would be restricted by the presence of the ridges 6 or the wire net 5 on the heat plate so that radical change of the resin 6 is suppressed, and stress would not occur in the bonded interface, uniform bonded strength can be acquired. An unever surface can be formed simultaneously on the resin surface that will act as a sliding surface, and therefore owing to the presence of the uneven surface, when a large load is applied on the bearing, the load would not be biased locally. |
