PURPOSE:To enable a single row angular bearing to be assembled simply within a short period, by using an assembling jig consisting of an inner ring receiver and an outer ring receiver. CONSTITUTION:An inner ring 1 is fitted on an inner ring receiving section 10a of the inner ring receiver 10. Then balls 3 are put on a ball receiving section 10b. The balls 3 will be positioned in a ball part 1a due to the taper of the ball receiving section 10b. Then an outer ring 2 is put on the inner ring 1, and the outer ring receiver 11 is put on the outer ring 2. The assembling jigs 10, 11 are turned upside down. As a result, the inner ring 1 and the balls 3 drop and the balls 3 abut on a receiving section 2a of the outer ring 2. Then the inner receiver 10 is removed, and a snap ring 4 is attached to the outer ring 2. Thereafter the bearing is removed from the outer receiver 11 to complete the assembling operation. |
