PURPOSE:To secondarily control drum pressure of a waste heat boiler, by converting a control instruction of the drum pressure to a load instruction and primarily controlling an output of a gas turbine, in a power plant of the gas turbine with the waste heat boiler. CONSTITUTION:Combustion gas of a gas turbine is fed to a waste heat boiler 5 from a gas turbine exhaust duct 10, and water fed via a supply water tank 7 and feed water pump 6 is heated by exhaust gas to become steam. A gas turbine controller converts a control instruction of drum pressure into a load instruction on the basis of each signal from a speed detector 13 of a gear 14 mounted to a shaft of a turbine 2, thermocouple 12, fire detector 11 and drum pressure detector 15 to secondarily control the drum pressure by primarily controlling an output of the gas turbine. In this way, boiler pressure can be controlled without causing the loss of a function of ALR operation or the like. |
