PURPOSE:To scan a light beam toward the optical axis and also in the direction rectangular to the optical axis, by providing plural coils which are wound displaceably and cylindrically in a body with an optical system within a magnetic path and in parallel to the optical axis. CONSTITUTION:Four coils 5a-5d wound cylindrically and in a single direction are fixed to an optical system 2 and in parallel to the optical axis (in direction Z). Magnetic pole parts 6a-6d of a magnetic path member 6 are set inside the coils 5a-5d respectively. At the same time, a center magnetic pole 7 is provided also at the center part of the coils 5a-5d. The poles 6a-6d are turned to a pole S by a permanent magnet 8, and accordingly the pole 7 functions as a pole N. When the current is flowed to the coils 5a-5d in the direction of an arrow. These coils are driven toward Z together with the system 2. When the currents opposite to each other are flowed to the coils 5a and 5b, the upper end of the system 2 tilts toward X on the basis of the supporting part of a supporter 3. When the currents are flowed to the coils 5c and 5d in opposite directions to each other, these coils are driven toward Y. Then the optical axis of the system 2 is driven in three directions. |
