<p>The poultry feeding trough can be filled by hand or by an automatic chain, comprising a tray (6) in the form of an inverted cone and a storage bin (4) connected by a central screw (1). The screw may be attached to a carrier tube (2) and may be removed from the tray and the bin during transit. During transportation, both the trays and the bins may be housed inside each other, the assemblies using fixtures incorporated in the conical part (3,5) of either of the two main components. The screw may be in one piece with a carrier tube by which the unit may be suspended. Alternatively the tube may have a reduced threaded end screwing into a screw of a hollow construction.</p> |
