FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: metering device comprises disc-like bearing board (1), multiple cantilever matrices (3) located on disc-like bearing board (1), with their main axes matched with radial direction of bearing board, facility for rotation of disc-like bearing board (1) with cantilever matrices (3), device for alignment of cantilever matrices (3) and optical metering head (7) located in position that corresponds to cantilever matrices (3) and measuring displacement of cantilever (2).
