PURPOSE:To obtain a stamping plate for electronic parts having prescribed characters, etc. by superposing a character plate and a light shielding mask on a UV sensitive resin plate material and irradiating UV light repeatedly while changing the relative position of the character plate and the shielding mask. CONSTITUTION:A character plate 1 as a negative mask formed with many characters, figures, etc. necessary for stamping on electronic parts on a sheet of mask and a light shielding mask 3 having a through-hole 4 through which UV light can be transmitted in some part are made. The plate 1 and the mask 3 are superposed on a UV sensitive resin plate material 5, and UV light is irradiated thereto by a lamp 7 to expose only the specific pattern on the plate 1 selected with the mask 3 on the material 5. The material 5 is moved to select a fresh position, and the fresh pattern is exposed by changing the position relation between the plate 1 and the mask 3. The above-mentioned operation is thereafter repeated, whereby the intended printing plate for stamping is obtained. |
