PURPOSE:To enable combustion with blue flames, by providing a blast pipe, having a built-in fan inside of it, to the outer side of a blast pipe, in a vaporizing type burner to which a blast pipe being interconnected to a hot air feed chamber, is provided, used for a dryer to feed hot air into a drying chamber of flow down type. CONSTITUTION:A flow down type drying chamber is formed in the lower part of a humidity controlling tank, and grains are dried by feeding hot air so as to cross the drying chamber. In such an apparatus, a vaporizing type burner to be installed in a blast pipe 9 being interconnected to a hot air feed chamber, is provided in a blast pipe 12, having a built-in blast fan 33 in it. Further, a rotary shaft 17 for a motor 16 is provided so as to pierce the blast pipe 12 and to extend to the blast pipe 9, and a heating cup 18 is downwardly covered on the top of the shaft 17. A small diameter part 14 is provided to the upper end on the upstream side 13 of a blast pipe 12, so as to be extended into the heating cup 18. The air being fed from the small diameter part 14 and kerosene being fed from a kerosene feeder 20 into the heating cup 18 are vaporized and mixed with each other, and then are completely burned on a burner plate 24. |
