PURPOSE:To shorten the roasting time, and to improve the effect of power saving by upward inclining window glass for a see-through window fitted for monitoring the conditions of cooking of the inside and fitting the window glass and coating the inner surface of the window glass with a metallic oxide film. CONSTITUTION:A hot-wire reflector plate 2 in which the surface of an iron plate is plated with nickel or chromium or the like is formed and stretched to a receiving pan 3 received into a box body 1, one side surface (a front) thereof has a through-hole 14 and which is made of an iron plate, in shape that heat by upper and lower electric heaters 4, 5 is distributed and reflected uniformly in the box body 1. A window section 6 to which a light transmitter 7 is set up is inserted and fitted to said window hole 14 in opening and closing-free shape, and light transmitter 7 is mounted tilted in an inclination through which the window section 6 convers one part of a horizontal surface to which the receiving pan 3 is fitted when the box body 1 is projected from an upper section. A material in which the metallic oxide film 11 is formed on the back side of semi-reinforced glass 10 made of soda glass is used as the light transmitter 7. |
