PURPOSE:To save labor, and to reduce cost by attaching hot-melt adhesives onto and winding-end section thereof, on which a coil is wound, and fixing the winding-end section to the coil. CONSTITUTION:Winding 50 is wound by predetermined number, the excitation coil 20a is formed, and a driver 56 is operated and a lever 51 is turned up to an approximately horizontal position. Sponge 53 is brought into contact with approximately full width of the surface of the excitation coil 20a at that time, and the hot-melt adhesives 55 impregnated into the sponge 53 adhere on the section. When the driver 56 falls and the sponge 53 separates from the surface of the excitation coil 20a, the hot-melt adhesives 55 solidify because their temperatures drop rapidly, and the winding-end section 36b is fixed to the surface of the excitation coil 20a. The driver 56 is operated again under the state in which a detecting coil 20b is wound, and a winding-end section 36d is fixed to the surface of the detecting coil 20b through the same operation as mentioned above. Accordingly, the winding work of the electromagnetic coil can be labor-saved completely because the fixing treating work of the winding-end section of each coil by the functioning of the lever 51 is automated. |
