PURPOSE:To provide the titled cooler capable of effectively cooling an expanded part of a tubular resin material, by a method wherein a blower placed in the interior of a tubular resin material is rotated by a driving mechanism, and air blown from the blower is guided to an expanded part of the resin material by a guide member. CONSTITUTION:While rotating an air-injecting pipe 15 by a motor 24, a blower 18 and a guide member 19 are rotated so that inside air on the side of a resin bubble 6C in the interior of the guide member 19 is sucked in. The inside air of a relatively low temperature flows downwards through the guide member 19, and is blown off toward the expanded part 6B through a plurality of nozzles 19A. The nozzles 19A are rotated as a whole, so that air of a relatively low temperature is uniformly blown to the expanded part 6B. |
