The invention provides an angular drilling jig for drilling holes converging at an angle, in particular for carrying out surgery on bones, consisting of a handle with a cross pin at the proximal end and guide bushes, directed at an angle to one another, on the free ends of the cross pin, which angular drilling jig enables a thread to be passed through the holes formed by means of the angular drilling jig. This is achieved by virtue of the fact that a wire-guide sleeve can be pushed into each guide bush, of which wire-guide sleeves one has an axial bore which at the proximal end leads out in an opening directed perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the sleeve and runs curved in the orifice area, and the other has an axial, continuous bore.
