A corner bearing for turn-and-tilt wings of windows, doors or the like is to acquire, along with a compact construction and high stability, a design which, when the arrangement is seated on the visible face of the frame, affords a high load-bearing capacity and, for a press-down adjustment between the wing and fixed frame, requires only the actuation of a single threaded member. It has a bearing block (10) which can be screwed to the fixed frame via a support plate (1) and engages into a bore of the fixed frame by means of at least one supporting pin (3) projecting beyond the support plate (1) at the rear and which carries a joint bolt (13) which is tiltable about a horizontal axis (12) and which engages in supporting manner into a joint hinge arranged on the wing in alignment with the lateral vertical axis of rotation of the latter. The bearing block (10) is adjustable relative to the support plate (1) and transversely to the plane of the fixed frame via a threaded member (19), and the support plate (1) is equipped with rigid guide bosses which project above the front side of the latter in parallel with the axial direction of the threaded member (19) and round which the bearing block engages positively with guide slots formed at the rear. The threaded member (19) is mounted rotatably, but non-displaceably, in the support plate (1) and engages into the bearing block (10) so as to be relatively adjustable axially as a result of rotation. The guide bosses are formed in a housing (7) which is connected rigidly to the support plate (1) and which positively surrounds the bearing block (10) with its guide slots and has a depth corresponding at least to the length of the threaded member (19). <IMAGE>
