PURPOSE:To improve reliability in a conducting state between a lead terminal and a lead pin as well as to simplify a work process for locking the lead pin, by forming a graphite layer on at least a contact part between the lead terminal and the lead pin. CONSTITUTION:First of all, an Al film is formed up on an insulating base plate 1 made of glass or the like by means of spattering, and then patterning takes place by the way of ordinary photoetching whereby a lead terminal 11 of the Al film is made up. Next, graphite paste is applied to a contact part of the lead terminal 11 through a printing process and a graphite layer 12 is made up. This graphite layer 12 is soft as compared with a conventional Ag printing terminal, and moreover a high resistance barrier such as an oxide, etc., is never formed on the surface. Next, as shown in a contact part 3a, a lead pin 13 forming a springy projection 13b is placed on the graphite layer 12 in time of sealing between the insulating base plate 1 and a face glass 5 and nippingly sandwiched by the face glass 5. |
