PURPOSE:To ensure fixed welding performance at all times, by changing welding condition making the detection signal of a temperature sensor that detects temperature of a base metal a feedback signal. CONSTITUTION:Temperature of a part near the weld zone of a base metal 2, desirably temperature of a part just in front of the weld zone is detected by a temperature sensor 1. The detection signal 3 is sent to an arithmetic unit for operation and led to a welding input controlling section as a feedback signal 4, and welding condition is controlled by an electron beam EB. |
