PURPOSE:To obtain a high strength material for a high strength, low coercive force and low iron loss rotary electric machine by composing a magnetic material which contains by weight one kind of 7-23% of Ni, 0.3-2.4% of Ti, 0.2- 1.3% of Mo or 0.5-1.0% of W and the residue of Fe. CONSTITUTION:A high strength soft magnetic material for a rotor of a motor is composed by weight of one kind of 7-23% of Ni, 0.3-2.4% of Ti, 0.2-1.3% of Mo and 0.5-1% of W and the residue of Fe. Thus, a high strength, high stability, low coercive force and low iron loss material for the rotor of the motor which has 100e or less of coercive force, 10W/kg or less of iron loss, 15KG or more of saturated magnetization, 130kg/mm.<2> of tensile strength and 2% or more of elongation can be obtained. |
