PURPOSE:To obtain printed matter economically with excellent preservability and great color development density by a method wherein the printing image formed on a special thermosensitive recording substance is used as printing plate material to prepare a number of copies. CONSTITUTION:A thermosensitive printer is used to make printing by applying heat on a thermosensitive recording substance in which color is developed by the reaction of two components through the thermosensitive recording method, the thermosensitive recording substance being prepared, for instance, by applying to a support dispersant in the form of a fine particle consisting of a mixture of a hydrophobic coupler compound containing diazonium salt (example: 4-diazo-N, N- dimethylanilin, etc.) and a coupler compound with a solubility of preferably 1g/l or less at 20 deg.C; and a derivative of hydrophobic guanosinase (example: 1, 3- diphenyl-2-p-tolyl guanosinase, etc.), so that the sensitive recording substance can be used as printing plate material. |
