PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of a power source by supplying a signal in response to the output of an output coil to a control coil, thereby stabilizing a DC output, and turning a switching transistor OFF when the current flowed to the switching transistor becomes the prescribed value or higher. CONSTITUTION:A current detecting resistor R11 of small value is connected between the emitter of a transistor Q1 and the cold side output terminal of a rectifier 2. A series circuit of a voltage dividing resistors R12, R13 is connected in parallel with this resistor R11, the connecting mid-point of the resistors R12, R13 is connected to the base of the transistor Q11, and the collector is connected to the base of the transistor Q1 through a diode D11 for preventing reverse current. The emitter of the transistor Q11 is connected to the coil side output terminal of the rectifier 2. In this manner, a limiting circuit 7 is composed. |
