The entitlement for the risk game is provided by winnings obtained from the game devices (1, 7). Pressing a risk key (8) activates a random number generator (9) of the risk game device (7) which decides on increase or decrease of the stake, that is to say of the winnings already achieved. A central control and signal processing device (4) automatically activates the random number generator (9) when the risk key (8) is not pressed, and the result of this non-active risk game decision can be displayed on a display element (12), so that the player is informed about the result of the unclaimed risk game. <IMAGE>
