摘要 PURPOSE:The tank for receiving the product is reduced in pressure to a certain vacuum level convey the high-viscosity substance rapidly and prevent the hydrated product from rising in its finishing temperature. CONSTITUTION:The material-stirring tank 1 equipped with a quantitative feeder 3 is connected to the inlet 17 of the blender at the bottom and the blender 5 is connected to the tank for receiving products 10 with the conveying pipe 7. The receiving tank 10 is provided with suction hose 13, vacuum tank 9 fixed to the davit 8 and suction pipe 11 and connected to the vacuum pump 6. The vacuum pump 6 is driven by the motor 12 to keep the receiving tank 10, pipe 7 and blender 5 at a vacuum of 50-500mm.Hg and convey rapidly the high-viscosity substance in the stirring tank 1 through blender 5 into the receiving tank 10. Thus, a completely hydrated product of vegetable protein is obtained in the half time with reduced air occlusion at low temperature as compared to the conventional emulsion curd process.
