发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MEASURING CHROMATICITY OF FLUID IN CHEMICAL PLANT OR THE LIKE
摘要 PURPOSE:To automatically measure the chromaticity without taking a liquid flowing in pipes to the outside, by making incidence a parallel light into the liquid and photodetecting the transmitted light to each photocell through a measuring filter and a reference filter and then amplifying its generated signal and moreover, the ratio calculation of the amplified signal is made and furthermore, comparing with a preliminary set ratio calculation value. CONSTITUTION:Light from a light source 2 is made into a wide parallel light by two convex lenses 3, 4 throgh a slit not shown by the figure and is irradiated to a measuring vessel 1 and then, the transmitted light from the vessel 1 is photodetected by a measuring side detecting apparatus 5 and a standard side detecting apparatus 5'. The apparatuses 5, 5' are provided with preliminarily adjusted optical filters 6, 6' and photocells 7, 7' and the light transmitted through the filters 6, 6' is photodetected to the photocell 7, 7'. This generated signal is amplified by amplifiers 8, 8' and the ratio calculation of its amplified signal is made by a ratio converter 9. Then, the ratio calculation value is displayed on a display meter 10 and a recorder 11 and also, in the case where the ratio calculation value is deviated from a set point, it is transmitted to an automatic controlling apparatus e.g. a device for controlling the temperature, pressure or opening and shutting of a valve of the apparatus through an alarm and a control outputting device 12.
