The invention relates to an assembly (1) for pushing into mounting racks (2, 2') used in information technology, having a printed-circuit board, a front panel (7) attached thereto, and a detachable lock, provided on the front panel, for locking of the assembly (1) in the mounting rack (2, 2'), which lock consists of a bolt (29) having a pin (37) which engages into the bolt rail (6, 6') of the mounting rack (2, 2'), and having a hole (20) for the rotatable bolt (29). The front panel (7) is provided with two holes (20) into which in each case one conical sleeve projects, which sleeve is split into elastic tongues (23 to 26) which latch in behind a conical collar (36) of the bolt (29) during locking. The bolt (29) is guided partially in conical (35) and partially in cylindrical sections of the hole (20). The bolt end consists of an oval pin (37) having an axial slot (38) which is arranged at right angles to the large diameter and, in the released position of the bolt, can be inserted into the guide slot (6, 6') of the mounting rack (2, 2') and, after rotation into the blocked position, can be clamped in the guide slot. <IMAGE>
