RECEIVING SYSTEM OF DIAL PULSE

PURPOSE:To suppress the reduction of processing ability of a processor by processing the fair part of received dial pulses by a dial pulse detecting part and a counter. CONSTITUTION:A dial pulse detecting part 1 detects a dial pulses on a telex receiving line 5 at every pulse. The counter 2 counts up dial pulses detected by the dial pulse detecting part 1. The processor 4 reads out the count value to monitor whether the count value changes or not within a fixed time. When the count value do not change within the fixed time, the processor 4 discriminates the count value as inter-digit timing and processes the value as a received numeral.
