PURPOSE:To simply and securely fix a magnetic shielding material by a method wherein a thermocontracting tube is utilized when an amorphous magnetic material is used as a magnetic shielding material of the coil part. CONSTITUTION:When the amorphous magnetic material 9 is fixed by winding it around the external circumference of a coil 8, the coil part main body is formed in such a manner that an amorphous magnetic material 9 is wound around on the externl circumference of the coil 8 and said amorphous magnetic material 9 is temporarily fixed using an adhesive tape 11. Then, the thermocontracting tube 12, having the diameter larger than the outside diameter of the coil part, is covered on the amorphous magnetic material 9, and they are contracted by heat, thereby enabling to cover and firmly fix the entire circumference of the amorphous magnetic material 9. Accordingly, the magnetic shielding material can be fixed easily and securely. |
