PURPOSE:To attain a temperature measuring circuit with the reduced cost and good linearity by linearizing a temperature characteristic of a voltage signal obtained from an output terminal. CONSTITUTION:A second current correction means 401 is provided at a connection point B between a current setting resistor 1 and a temperature measuring resistor 3, so that a change in resistance value of the temperature measuring resistor 3 is corrected by the second current correction means 401 to be linearized. Linearizing correction of a non-linear characteristic as shown at a curve 601 can be achieved such that a resistance value Rc of a resistor constituting a first current correction means 18 is selected to be smaller than Rc=R1(K-1). The second current correction means 401 can be constituted by connecting a resistor 402 having a resistance value Rf in parallel with the resistor constituting the first current correction means 18. For linearizing correction of a non-linear characteristic as shown at a curve 602, the resistance value Rc of the resistor constituting the first current correction means 18 may be selected to be larger than Rc=R1(K-1), where K is a gain of an amplifier 19 and equals to (Ra+Rb)/ Ra. |
