PURPOSE:To deal with the increase in the density of a developing soln. in the stage of compounding the developing soln. freshly by charging a prescribed amt. of a reolenishing soln. into a tank and compounding the developing soln. exactly to a prescribed density simply by turning a set switch on. CONSTITUTION:To compound the developing soln. in a developing tank, the operator pours a prescribed amt. of a replenisher beforehand into the tank first, then turns a switch 12 on manually. Since a contact 13 is on, a solenoid 14 is energized and the concd. toner soln. is supplied into the tank. When a float switch 1 turns off on increasing of the liquid volume in the developing tank, a elay 6 operates to turn the contact 13 off. Then, a control circuit 20 for toner density operates irrespective of the on and off of the switch 12 and the solenoid 14 is on-off controlled by the circuit 20 so that the toner density in the developing soln. in the developing tank is maintained at the prescribed density which is set as the set resistance value of a variable resistor 4h. |
