PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a vibrator assembly having a vibrator array arranged in a row at a fixed pitch with a fixed gap by a method wherein a sheet of a piezo-electric material is bonded on the surface of a cylinder of a sound absorbing material, fixed on a rotating shaft and the bonded matter is separated from the rotating shaft after the sheet is cut off along a false straight line passing the center axis of the rotation turning the rotating shaft. CONSTITUTION:A bonded matter of a sheet of a piezo-electric material and a sound absorbing material is arranged on a base 16 fixed on the circumferential surface of a rotating shaft 14 in such a manner that the sheet 11 of the piezo- electric material is positioned on a false cylindrical surface on the center axis of the rotation of the rotating shaft 14. A cutter running moves on a false straight line and cuts the sheet of the piezo-electric material only. After the cutter separates from the sheet of the piezo-electric material with the running of the rotating shaft 14, it cuts the sheet only again. After the cutting, the bonded matter of the piezo-electric material and the sound absorbing material is removed from the base 15. Thus, a vibrator system is obtained in which fine vibrators are arranged on one cylindrical surface at a certain pitch with a certain gas formed while a train thereof are fixed on the sound absorbing material. |
