PURPOSE:To enable to perform a switching corresponding to the distinct kind of gas, by a method wherein a variable throttle mechanism for regulating a gas flow rate by changing a governor element and an area is mounted, a gas jet port is provided in a downstream side thereof, and a blower for feeding air required for combustion is installed. CONSTITUTION:With a blower 2 energized, air flows to a mixture part 19 side, and when attaining a given flow rate, a detector 21 actuates to bring a closing electromagnetic valve 11 into an ON state. Gas fed under feed pressure is brought to a given pressure through a governor element 10, the gas enters a variable throttle mechanism 12 through the closing electromagnetic valve 11 to produce a flow rate corresponding to the kind of gas, it is jetted through a gas jet port 18 to be mixed with air from the blower 20 by a mixer 19 for flowing out to a burner, not shown. This permits completion of switching of a gas type by merely performing a control so as to provide a flow rate corresponding to the kind of gas through turning of a variable regulating knob 14 in the variable throttle mechanism 12. |
