PURPOSE:To speed up the operation of the titled circuit and to reduce power consumption, by providing a potential setting means between two potential supplying sources, and setting previously the potential of a connection point to the potential between the two potential supplying sources, preceding to the level of an output signal is determined. CONSTITUTION:A p-channel type MOS transistor (TR)Qp and an n-channel type MOS TRQn are connected in series between the potential supplying sources VDD and VSS, and their connection is controlled by input signals VinA, TinA respectively to drive load capacitor C. TRs Q3, Q6 which operate as load resistors and output prescribed potential from the potential supplying source VDD by voltage drop are connected to a charge controlling TRQ7 between the connection point of TRs Qp, Qn and the source VDD. |
