PURPOSE:To prevent the abrasion of a driving lever as well as effectively use a drain material by a method in which a drain material is guided to two guide rolls through the lower end of a driving lever to grasp the end portion, and the drain material is driven and then cut off by a cutter on one guide roll side. CONSTITUTION:The end of a drain material 15 of a reel 12 is guided downwards through the first guide rolls 27 and then toward between the second guide rolls 28 through the lower end of a driving lever 17. The drain material 15 is further passed through between the first guide rolls 27 through the lower end of the driving lever 17 by turning the roller 29 and then through the notched hole of a round bar 33 to bend it. The material 15 is furthermore released from the second guide rolls 28 and a holder 20, the driving lever 17 is driven into the ground B under water, and a piston 35 is extended. Whereupon, the drain material 15 is cut off by a cutting blade 37. |
