PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion and printability, by adding an alkali metal compound when a block copolymer consisting of a polyalkylene glycol and a polyester segment made up mainly of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol is melted and extruded. CONSTITUTION:When a block copolymer consisting of a polyester segment made up to terephthalic acid as a main acid component and ethylene glycol as a main glycol component and 0.5 to 10wt% polyalkylene glycol having a molecular weight of 400 to 8,000 is melted and extruded into a film, 0.0001 to 0.0025pt.wt. alkali metal compound soluble in ethylene glycol calculated in terms of metal is added to 100pts.wt. said block copolymer. Thus, a polyester film excellent in adhesive and printability can be formed highly efficiently. |
