PURPOSE:To automate the installation of a belt onto a pulley by suspending a plurality of belts in the arranged state in the belt retention part and holding the belt on the retention part successively from the top by the holding part and automatically feeding the belt onto a belt installation pulley. CONSTITUTION:When the captioned installation apparatus additionally installed onto an automatic inspection machine for V-belt is operated, a plurality of unispected V-belts 4 are suspended at the front of a belt retention part 5 in a belt feeding part 1. Then, a prop 2 is turned to position the belt retention part 5 just under a belt transportation part 14, and each belt 4 is uniformly arranged by a pressing rod 13. Then, a cylinder 9 is operated, and a bush plate 12 fixed onto a chain 7 is transferred through a transmission mechanism having a rack 10, and the V-belts 4 are thrown-down one by one from the retention part 5. The V-belt fallen-off is received by the belt holding part 15, and transferred to the position of a driving pulley 28 in a belt inspection part by the action of a cylinder 19 and fitted onto the pulley 28. |
