PURPOSE:To line up discharged tiles by classifying rollers on tile baking roller hearthkiln , then by making the speed of foregoing group higher than that of the following group and by running a tile guide obliquely, and reversely to the advancing direction of the tile. CONSTITUTION:Each block, out of the first carrying block B1 to the fourth carrying block B4 is accelerated successively up to the specified speed, while a guide apparatus 23 is driven reversely to the carrying direction. When baked tiles are supplied on the carrying path 1, the interval between the tiles are enlarged because the block B2 is driven at a higher speed than B1. At block B3 they come into contact with a guide belt 33 successively, rotate by receiving reverse belt power, and the speed of each tile is decreased when it comes to along with the belt 33. Accordingly, each delayed tile overtakes the preceding one, and is lined up on the belt 33 and carried out by the associated movement of high speed block B4. By the above mantioned constitution, baked tiles can be taken out in a lined up status. |
