PURPOSE:To sharply reduce labor in such a way that at the same time as dried tile raw material on a pallet is adsorbed by reciprocating a vacuum adsorbing mechanism, and loaded onto a carrying-out conveyor, undried tile raw material on a carrying-in conveyor is transferred onto the pallet. CONSTITUTION:When a moving frame 31 is just above an intermittent transfer mechanism, an elevating frame is sent down, dried tile raw material (n) on a pallet 1 is adsorbed and held with an adsorber, and the elevating frame is sent up. At the same time as a moving frame 31 is moved, a fitting frame is revolved as much as 90 degrees, and adsorption confronts just above a carrying- out conveyor 26 while the adsorber is put just above a carrying-in conveyor 25. Subsequently, the adsorber is sent down, the undried tile raw material (m) on the carrying-in conveyor 25 is adsorbed and held onto the absorber, and raw material tiles (n) are loaded on the carrying-out conveyor 27 by releasing adsorption of the adsorber. Then, a moving beam 12 of the intermittent transfer mechanism is rectangularly moved, and the pallet 1 is moved by one pitch of each line of the tiles. |
