PURPOSE:To certainly separate screws in the correct situation by suction-accommodating the screws supplied from a chute in the suspended state into a slidable block and transferring the screws into a discharge hole and allowing the screws to be fallen-off with the head part upward, in a separator for small fine screws. CONSTITUTION:The screws 2 guided by a feeding chute 10 are sharply suction- accommodated into the groove 11a of a slidable block 11 through the vacuum suction through a suction piping 20 and a suction groove 19, and the head part is inserted into the concaved part 12' of a slidable guide 12. The slidable block 11 is retreated in slidable ways in this state in the direction crossing at right angles to a transfer block 16 by the transfer block 16, cam pin 13, and a cam plate 14. Therefore, the screws 2 are transferred onto a discharge hole 17, and fallen-off-discharged. With such a constitution, screws can be certainly separated in the correct situation. |
