PURPOSE:To suppress the overdischatge of a battery, by rotating blowers of a radiator and conedenser at a high speed only when temperature of the radiator and pressure in a refrigerating cycle are increased to at least a preset value. CONSTITUTION:Now if water temperature in a radiator exceeds a prescribed value, a thermostat 13 is turned on to rotate an electric motor driven fan 17 of the radiator. Here a cooler switch 4 is turned on, if the thermostat 13 is under an off condition, the first relay 10 is turned off and the second relay 14 is turned on to rotate the fan 17 at a low speed through a resistor 19. For the time being, if pressure of a condenser rises to exceed a preset value of a pressure switch 18, the swtich 18 is turned on to rotate the fan 17 not through the resistor 19. In this way, an abnormal pressure rise of the condenser and overheat of an engine can be prevented. |
