PURPOSE:To ensure quick and accurate transmission with a simple operation, by transmitting the names and the quantity of ordered goods with operation of keys, printing and storing a slip putting the names and the quantity of ordered goods and at the same time transmitting the contents of the slip to a kitchen via a transmitting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A table number and the number of persons are inputted to a portable terminal device by means of a function key 2 and a register key 3. Then the contents of these inputs are stored in a memory 9 and at the same time printed on a slip by a printer 6. Furthermore the goods number and the quantity are stored in the memory 9 and then printed 6. This slip is used at a cash register for the cleaning off. At the same time, these contents are transmitted to a kitchen via a transmitting mechanism. In such a way, the orders of a customer can be accurately transmitted without counting on the remembrance of a waiter or a waitress. |
