发明名称 RECOVERY OF ENERGY OF EXHAUST GAS FROM HEAVY OIL CRACKING PROCESS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To attain to conserve energy and to simplify an installation, by a method wherein an exhaust gas containing a sulfur compound from a heavy oil cracking and gasifying process is subjected to high temp. dry desulfurization and the obtained clean gas is introduced into a power recovery system. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust gas (a) generated in a heavy oil cracking and gasifying apparatus 1 is introduced into the fluidized layer type absorbing tower 5 of a high temp. dry desulfurization apparatus 2 to remove a sulfur component therein by iron oxide as a desulfurization agent. The desulfurized gas (b) is further introduced into a dust removing apparatus 3 to remove dust therein and sent to a power recovery system 4 as a clean gas (c) to recover the power thereof by an expansion turbine 7 and an electric generator 8 while the part thereof is used as the fuel of a gas turbine 9 to drive a compressor 10 and a motor 11. In addition, the high temp. gas exhausted from the gas turbine 9 is further introduced into a waste heat boiler 12 to generate steam while the remainder of the exhaust gas from the outlet of the expansion turbine 7 is burnt in a CO boiler 13 to heat water from a condenser 14 to generate steam and a steam turbine 15 and a motor 16 are driven by both steams.</p>
