PURPOSE:To contrive to miniaturize and simplify the titled apparatus and to economize the same, by a method wherein a powder material is heated to a high temp. in upper and lower two-stage hermetically closed containers performing almost circular vibration and isolated from the open air and succeedingly cooled while various kinds of reactions are carried out. CONSTITUTION:Horizontally placed cylindrical hermetically closed containers in communicated relation to each other and having jackets 11, 12 provided to the outer peripheries thereof are supported by elastomers 41, 43 while vibration generating sources 91, 92 connected to a drive source such as a motor 81 are mounted to the almost central part between the containers 21, 22. That is, the vibration generating sources 91, 92 are driven by the motor 81 to subject the containers 21, 22 to almost circular vibration and a heating medium is sent into the jacket 11 of the container 21 while a cooling medium is sent into the jacket of the container 22 to carry out such operation that a powder continously thrown into the container 21 is heated and succeedingly cooled in the container 22 while various kinds of reactions, sterilizing treatment are carried out in a state isolated from the open air. |
