Differential inputs are received by an instrumentation amplifier to amplify a small signal and a notch filter is used to eliminate power noise from the signal. A band pass filter is used to eliminate nose, a signal other than an electrocardiogram from the signal through the notch filter. Next, an inverting amplifier is used to restore the inverted signal having gone through the amplifier and the filters and amplify the signal once again. At this point, an electrocardiogram is obtained and waveforms of the electrocardiogram can be checked on a display device. |
