PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle hood structure excellent in sound absorption performance, capable of ensuring pedestrian's head protection performance at a time of a collision with a pedestrian, and avoiding rupture in press forming, and an integral hood inner panel used for the same.SOLUTION: Line length changes (L-L)/L×100 and (L-L)/L×100 of first and second longitudinal wall parts 5 and 8 satisfy the following expressions (1) and (2), respectively, and a plurality of through-holes at a diameter of 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm is provided at least in part of an area inward of a ridge line 10 between a longitudinal wall rising from a bottom surface 11 of an outer periphery of a hood inner panel and a generally annular outer proximate surface 2.
