PURPOSE:To freely adjust attitude of laser generator in the housing by supporting a laser system with at leasr four legs within the housing where a laser system is shielded from heat with vacuum system and by expanding or compressing such legs with exteranl operations. CONSTITUTION:A system is composed of an external cylindrical case 1, internal cylindrical case 2 housed in such external cylindrical case 1 and an optical system (optical resonator) 3 housed in said internal cylindrical case 2. The space between the external cylindrical case 1 and internal cylindrical case 2 is vacuumed in view of shielding the internal cylindrical case 2 from external heat. At the areas near the bottom part of both right and left end portions of external wall 4, two each of jack-up screws (jack-up screws 9 and 10, 11 and 12), which lifts the internal cylindrical case 2 into the space within the extenal cylindrical case 1 in order to align the axes of them, are provided in the form of ? toward the center of the external cylindrical case 1. When the jack-up screws 11, 12 are rotated in the same amount, the internal cylindrical case 2 moves vertically against the axis of external cylindrical case 1, but when a rate of roration is changed, the internal cylindrical case 2 also moves horizontally against the axis of externl cylindrical case 1. |
