Methods, systems, and apparatuses to facilitate administering of medication at a pharmacy or medical facility. The methods involve one or more of storing medications, receiving and managing patient prescriptions, checking for drug interactions, administering medications, tracking the administration of medications to patients and maintaining and updating patient records accordingly, billing for medications that have been administered, and managing and restocking the inventory of stored medications. The methods involve using systems and apparatus, the apparatus being used to store and administer medications and the system including at least one computer for carrying out the aforementioned methods using the apparatus. |
