PURPOSE:To execute effectively a heating operation to a work, by inserting the work successively into a feed hole of a heating furnace which turns intermittently, heating it, and discharging the heat-treated work successively by a push rod. CONSTITUTION:In a feed device B of a work, the work is fed into a recessed groove 25 through a feeding mechanism, the work is inserted through a feed hole 13 of a side wall part 4 of a heating furnace A by the advancing operation of a slider 24, it is supported in cantilever-like so that its tip part projects into a heating chamber 6. Subsequently, the slider 24 moves backward, the side wall part 4 turns by one pitch portion by intermittent driving of a motor 11, and the work is inserted through the adjacent feed hole 13 again by the slider 24. This operation is repeated successively and the work is heated in the heating chamber 6. When the work reaches a discharging device C, the work is extruded to a discharge chute 8 by a push rod 26b successively by the advancing operation of the slider 24. |
