PURPOSE:To make an automatic thawing in an automatic microwave heating cooker with a microcomputer and sensor by a method wherein a heating output of the cooker is controlled under a function of time to 0, low temperature, and temp. maintaining patterns until the variation of relative humidity in the atmosphere reaches the desired value. CONSTITUTION:A time T1 ranging from a cooking operation is started, heater is actuated, discharged gas temperature is controlled and a magnetron is started to oscillate until a time when a variation of relative humidity in the housing reaches the desired value is sensed. For example, a heating at 360W for two minutes, 0 output for two minutes, and vapour sensing B at 180W are performed, respectively. During this operation, the time is defined as a reference sensing time T1. At point B, the temperature adjuster relay is released to make a heating output 0. Subsequently, the times T2-T4 are properly defined under the control of microcomputer as a function of the reference sensing time T1 and then the heating operation is performed. Thereby, the foodstuffs to be thawed is heated into its inside uniformly and an efficient uniform thawing can be performed. |
