Embodiments of the present invention provide a terminal information reporting method and a related device, which enables a base station to learn an interruption delay, and therefore can control quality of service according to the interruption delay. The method includes: obtaining, by a first terminal, first information, where the first information includes an interruption delay or a first identifier or a second identifier, where the first identifier represents a timing relationship between a moment at which the first terminal triggers or sends a measurement report and a first timer, and the second identifier represents a timing relationship between a moment at which the first terminal initiates connection reestablishment and the first timer; and sending the first information to a base station. The present invention is applicable to the field of communications. |
