The present invention relates to a smart cooperation analysis system and, more specifically, to a cooperation analysis system that can be used in the spatial arrangement of cooperating divisions by utilizing the indoor positioning information of employees recognized based on a wireless transmitter such as a beacon. The cooperation analysis system using indoor positioning information comprises: a position movement information receiving part for receiving employee identification information and wireless transmitter identification information at a position where the employee is located, which constitute a pair, as position movement information from an electronic employee card installed on a mobile device; an employee position movement information storing part for storing the position movement information of each employee, which can be classified by the employee identification information; a position movement information analyzing part for analyzing the stored position movement information of each employee and quantifying the visiting record of each employee visiting cooperating divisions; and an information processing and displaying part for visualizing and displaying the quantified record of visiting cooperating divisions for each employee.
